Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 3 verse 15: Know all action to be born of Brahma. Brahma arises from the Imperishable Veda. Therefore all-pervading Brahma is eternally established in Sacrifice.
...continued from 3.14.
Brahma the Creator is Veda and its manifestation. ‘Brahma arises out of the Imperishable Veda,’ the unmanifest field of all possibilities which underlies and pervades all action. This source of creation is known as Brahma the Creator. Hence, 'Know all action to be born of Brahma.' Brahma's creation necessarily includes Sacrifice of desire 'born of action' in serving others' desire (3.14). ‘Therefore all-pervading Brahma is eternally established in Sacrifice' of desire.
Commentary of consciousness awareness operating from the level of creation resumes in 3.27.
